Pauline Davis Colbert 4/25/2010

Margaret Pauline Davis Colbert of Charleston, S.C. passed away on Sunday April 25, 2010. She was 103 years young. She was married to Mr. Jobe Colbert former owner of Harleston-Boags Funeral Home in Charleston. She is survived by her nephews Dr. Robert Stanley Knight of Tacoma Park, Md., Dr. William F. Nowlin of Westville, Ind., nieces Miriam Nowlin Coleman of Houston, Tx., Dr. Betty Nowlin James of Chicago, Ill., her God-Daughter Deborah Fleming Holt and her devoted friend Judge Richard E. Fields.

Family members and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Services on Wednesday April 28, 2010 at 12:00 noon at Centenary United Methodist Church, 60 Wentworth St., Charleston, S.C. 29401. Reverend Lorenzo Moses, senior pastor and Reverend Franklin Johnson, associate pastor will preside. She will be entombed at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery in North Charleston.

Friends may call at Harleston-Boags Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday April 27, 2010 from 3-5pm. Mrs. Margaret Pauline Davis Colbert will lie-in-state in Centenary United Methodist Church on Tuesday from 6-8pm.
